		<description>I didn&#039;t understand all the blather about the debt until I saw Jon Stewart’s Daily Show analysis which revealed that the reduction applies to the projected $28.1 trillion debt in 2021.

That is, the politicos are bantering and bartering over an imaginary estimated $1.8 T spending cut in an imaginary estimated debt ten years in the future!!

And I’m worried about next month’s rent payment.

To put this into practical terms that I can grasp, I will drop nine (9) zeros from the numbering system:  It appears, metaphorically, that my current $14,290 VISA credit card debt, which is close to my $14,300 credit card limit, will not be a problem because the limit can be raised to $26,300 if I promise to spend $1,800 less than I estimate I will need over the next ten years!

Would any bank accept this promise and almost double my credit limit?
